The CPSR VF-series vacuum cups are ribbed flat suction cups engineered for heavy-duty handling of flat, rigid materials: steel plate, glass sheet and wood panels. The ribbed sealing lip grips hard on smooth surfaces while resisting abrasion from rough or dusty stock.
Available as VF75 and VF110, they deliver high holding force for demanding EOAT and CNC-loading applications where a lightweight cup on a vacuum gripster must lift dense sheet material reliably.
A threaded fitting makes mounting to manifolds and vacuum gripsters straightforward, and the durable compound stands up to repeated contact with sharp-edged plate.
Larger cups give more holding force. Choose based on part weight, surface finish and how many cups your gripster uses. Tell us the material and weight and we will size it.
The ribbed lip helps on less-than-ideal surfaces, but heavy oil reduces vacuum on any cup. Share your surface condition and we will advise on cup compound and count.
